Hi all and welcome to your March Suade-mail.

The big news: Gig! Gig! Gig!

We've been promising more live, public shows this year, and never let it be said we don't deliver.

Tuesday, April 15: Manchester Lane

36 Manchester Lane, Melbourne
web: www.manchesterlane.com.au
email: info@manchesterlane.com.au
phone: 03 9663 0630
price: $18/$15 concession
bookings: Manchester Lane is accepting dinner bookings only. If you're not having dinner, grab your tickets at the door!

Yeah, it's a school night, but there's no support act you won't have to wait around for hours to see your favourite Man Band. Don't forget, Manchester Lane is a 'cosy' venue and has a limited capacity - be sure to book on the details above so you don't miss out on hearing what we've been cookin' up!

We're also in the process of sorting out a couple of shows at Chapel Off Chapel over the next few months, which will be bonzer.

MySpace / Facebook

There's been a lot of traffic on our Facebook and MySpace profiles lately - plenty of people checking out our new demo tracks and giving us some good feedback. Well, there's more where those came from, so we've decided to release more new recordings AS OUR FRIEND COUNTS INCREASE. So... if YOU wanna hear more new Suade tunes, YOU need to invite all YOUR friends to become OUR friends so that THEIR friends can become OUR friends and then THEIR friends can... you get the idea. How evil are we? :P (I think i broke my Shift key) :(

Lake Bolac Revisited

After the sensational time we had at last year's Eel Fetival, the lads (and a few prominent groupies) headed up to Lake Bolac again last weekend to sing at a fundraising evening for Cancer research. If there's one thing country gigs have taught us, it's that country folk sure know how to party. Where else would you see a dance floor for a vocal band? Struth, it nearly turned into a mosh pit at one point, we'll need to get public liability insurance if the Time Warp's going to get that rowdy. We left the crowd in the capable hands of 'Code 1,' the Victoria Police band, and sneaked off to an undisclosed location where... Well, what goes on tour should probably stay on tour, but suffice to say what has been seen can't be unseen. ;)

That's all for this month, we'll be heading up to Geelong next week for some more school programme stuff and a night show. Can't wait!

Keep feelin' that Suadey feelin'!

Cheers,

Een, Loz
...and the Suade lads
