Suade - Man Down (temporarily)

It is with great sadness that we inform you of a significant loss to Suade. Lozzo had to have his left nut lopped off during the week. The offending cod has been causing him some serious discomfort in the past few weeks and the decision to go mono was made earlier this week. We're all thinking of Loz during the recovery phase, but don't worry, we've also spent a fair bit of time writing ball gags into the show, so it's not all bad news. Get well soon Loz.

Loz's Response: Um, thanks Roy. Yes, to the three people in the world that are now unaware of what's been going on, I had a brief battle with testicular cancer in the last few weeks, resulting in nasty surgery and the loss of a knacker.
It's obviously been a rough time, but made a lot easier by the amazing support and love my friends, family and colleagues have shown me throughout it all. Not to mention the avalanche of testicle jokes which began almost immediately.
"Hang in there," they'd say. "I bet you can't wait for this surgery, you know, to get the ball rolling. Here's hoping the surgery is just a one-off..."
Well, the good news is the operation has been a complete success and the doctors tell me I should be completely out of the woods. There will probably be a shot of chemotherapy to go, but I'm back up and about and well and truly into the CD recording project again. We're producing some fantastic stuff and I can't wait to release it on May 18th at the Comic's Lounge...
